Neptune State Park is located about four miles south of Yachats and Cape Perpetua...
It is basically a small parking lot with grass and a picnic table and good access to a beautiful beach.
At low tide, one can walk along the beach south to Cummins Creek wayside.
Hole-in-the-Wall can be reached by a somewhat strenuous hike north along the rocks.
This small scale sea arch can put on quite a show with the right tides.
The bluffs behind Hole-in-the-Wall are a favorite place for locals to hunt agates after winter storms have exposed new surfaces.

An unusually sunny day in January is a good time to have the beach to yourself, Neptune State Park, south of Yachats, Oregon, USA, 2008.
Depending and tides and weather, sometimes there is no beach here at all.
I have seen the sands come and go... changing from exposed basaltic rock to 8' to 10' deep sand beaches.
